Seven Hill Resort is out of the town centre, reached by a winding drive through trees, which keeps it quiet. Cottages are spread across the slope rather than stacked in a block, so most have their own balcony and view. From the terrace you can pick out the Guru Rinpoche statue at Samdruptse, the Rock Garden, the helipad and the Shiva statue on Solophok.
We place comfort-tier guests here when they want space and a view rather than a lift and a lobby. It works well for families: lawns, room to walk, and a short drive to all of Namchi's sights. Food is multi-cuisine. Ask for a cottage facing north for the mountain and west for the sunset.

Questions travellers ask
Questions about Seven Hill Resort
How far is Seven Hill Resort from Char Dham?
Around 15–20 minutes by car. The resort is at Phalidara above Namchi; Char Dham on Solophok hill is about 5 km from town on the other side, and Samdruptse is a similar distance. With a car you can do both in one morning and be back for lunch.
Is the resort suitable for elderly travellers?
Mostly yes. Cottages are on a slope, so some involve steps; ask for one close to the dining area when you book. Namchi is around 1,500 m, mild and easy on the body compared with North Sikkim, and the town has a district hospital. Bring a light jacket even in summer evenings.
Does Seven Hill Resort have mountain views?
Yes, on clear days. Kangchenjunga shows best from October to early December and on winter mornings. In the monsoon (June to September) clouds usually hide the peaks, though the valley views towards Samdruptse and Solophok remain. Sunsets over the Darjeeling ridge are a regular evening show.
